We all have trials that we must endure. Some are small while others are major. We all have faith. God gave us each a measure.
Have you ever had a situation in your life that seemed to overwhelm you both physically and spiritually? Did you feel as thou you could not go on? We all in some part of our lives will face something that seems to overtake us to the point of exhaustion for both body and soul. We feel as though we are hanging on by a thread.
When each Trial comes, God wants us to call on Him. He wants to hold us in His bosom and speak to us. He does this through prayer and His Holy Scriptures.
The first thing we must know is God’s word is truth. God cannot lie. We must hold on to that. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very- present help in trouble. When we need Him, He is there waiting to help us.
The key is Faith. Hebrews 11:6 “ But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.” This is faith: Hebrews 11:1 “ Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” When we pray and ask God for help, we must believe that He will do it. When we believe it will happen, then we have faith. He is there in our prayers listening to our every word. Matthew 6:8b says “ For your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask Him.”
God’s word is mighty. Hebrews 4:12 states it this way: “ For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Wow! How powerful is that. He knows every part of us both physical and spirit. He knows our very thoughts. He made our bodies, so He knows where our pain inhabits.
God’s word can comfort and bind up our wounds of our heart and soul. There is not a situation that God cannot handle.
God’s word has humbled many a proud heart.
God’s word will turn the inside of a sinner out and let them see what is in their heart.
Let us therefore, come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” (“Hebrews 4:16,John 17
Yes, He is there when we need Him. There is not a thing that God cannot do. We are the ones that put restrictions on Him. He wants to help us. Nevertheless, we must be willing to open to Him and confess all to Him. He already knows what we need.

For some time, I have felt the calling to write to encourage people to trust, and believe in God in every situation. My prayer is to share God’s word and show how.
God can change lives. My love for God and His work for me here on earth are priorities. Encouraging people to be all they can be for the Master is fulfilling to me.
